Your Rights & Responsibilities
Please read these terms carefully before you start using the 12bat platform. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have agreed to all of these terms.
General Provisions & Definitions
This document is a legally binding agreement between 12bat and the user. The definitions below apply throughout the terms and conditions.
What "Platform" means
"Platform" refers collectively to the 12bat website, mobile version, and all services included therein — sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and other entertainment products.
What "User" means
"User" or "Member" refers to any person who has registered at 12bat or is using any part of the platform.
Applicability of the Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all services on 12bat. By using the platform, the user acknowledges that they have read these terms in full and agree to abide by them.
Right to Amend the Terms
12bat reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
The following eligibility requirements must be met to open an account at 12bat.
Registration Eligibility
- The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
- All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- A person may only open one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, 12bat has the right to close them.
- Users must operate an account in their own name and for themselves only; operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
- Identity documents and other paperwork required for account verification may need to be provided.
Account Security & Confidentiality
- It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
- If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.
- Transferring or selling an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- 12bat will not be liable for any loss resulting from third-party access to an account.
Right to Close an Account
12bat may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: providing false information, fraudulent activity, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or attempting to tamper with the platform's technical systems.
Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 12bat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, and Islami Bank).
- Only payment accounts registered in the user's own name may be used.
- Deposits made through a third party are prohibited.
- The deposit amount may not be credited to the betting account until it has been verified.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
- Account verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be processed.
- 12bat reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal while reviewing suspicious activity.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers from 12bat have their own terms, which apply in addition to the main terms and conditions.
Welcome Bonus Terms
12bat offers new members a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Conditions for the bonus to take effect:
- Before withdrawing the bonus, a wager of 25 times the bonus amount must be placed (wagering applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit).
- For example: if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus — ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 must be wagered on the bonus.
- If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period from the date the bonus is received, the bonus may be cancelled.
- Attempting to claim a bonus using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in account cancellation.
- 12bat reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
General Bonus Rules
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement has been met.
- If any form of bonus abuse is found to have occurred, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
- If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, 12bat will determine which bonus applies at its own discretion.
Betting & Gaming Rules
Please keep the following rules in mind when enjoying betting and casino games on the 12bat platform.
Sports Betting
- Displayed odds are subject to change and 12bat reserves the right to revise odds at any time.
- If odds change before a bet is finalised, the bet will be settled at the new odds.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded.
- In the event of a dispute regarding scores or results, 12bat's decision will be considered final.
Casino Games
- All games are operated by software game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, etc.).
- If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
- Any form of game manipulation or use of automation software is strictly prohibited.
- In live casino games, the dealer's decisions and outcomes are final.
VIP Loyalty Program
12bat's three-tier VIP program offers special benefits to regular members.
Bronze Tier
Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%. New members enter this tier through active betting.
Silver Tier
Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%. Members can be promoted from Bronze through continued activity growth.
Gold Tier
Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%. Enjoy the highest VIP benefits and priority support.
VIP Terms
- VIP tier changes are at 12bat's discretion and no specific turnover is guaranteed.
- VIP cashback is generally paid each week and separate bonus terms may apply.
- If an account is closed or the terms are violated, VIP benefits are cancelled immediately.
Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion
12bat believes that recreational betting should always be enjoyed in a controlled and responsible manner.

Self-Exclusion Feature
- Users may request to have their account temporarily or permanently closed.

- Account hacking, use of malicious software, or use of bots is strictly prohibited.
- Any attempt at money laundering or terrorist financing will be subject to legal action.
- Suspicious transactions may be automatically flagged for review, in which case additional verification may be required.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Service Availability
12bat strives to ensure maximum service uptime, however the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or other reasons. 12bat will not be liable for any financial loss incurred by the user during such periods.
Technical Failures
12bat will not be liable if a game or bet remains incomplete due to loss of internet connection, an issue with the user's device, or any other user-side cause. However, server-side errors will be resolved appropriately.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
